我昨天剛從加勒比海回來(搭乘Royal Carribean)，途中有停靠牙買加、開曼群島
以及墨西哥，上下船都只看剛上船的時發的 ID，頂多比對一下電腦中的人像跟你
一不一樣而已，根本不需要辦簽證... 只是返回美國的時候學生記得要帶 I-20，
並且確認上面學校 officer 的簽名還在一年的有效期限之內。儘管如此我當初想
心安，所以把比較容易辦的墨西哥簽證給辦起來，所以就在這邊分享：
在費城辦墨西哥簽證可以到 5th 和 Market St. 交叉口的 Bourse Building 去
，地址是 111 S. Independence Mall East, Bourse Building Suite 310,
Philadelphia, PA 19106，電話 : 215-922-4262 ext 10。
要辦的話最好早點辦，因為每天都擠著一堆墨西哥人要拿護照，就算有預約也等
半天，很煩..
要準備
1. A passport in order, duly signed and valid for at least 3 months and
a copy
2. Copy of US Visa valid for the next 3 months
3. Proof of economic solvency (one copy of a bank statement of the last
month or copy of an international credit card
(這個我是線上把自己的 bank account 餘額印出來)
4. Copy of confirmed reservation of the plane ticket or copy of confirmed
reservation of the trip to Mexico
(我把 Cruise 的行程印出來，還沒 book)
5. Money order for the amount of $36.00 US dollars only if your nationality
requires the consular fee
(我去郵局買一張 $36 的 money order，到辦事處才填)
6. Application form duly completed and signed
(費城的辦事處沒有網站，我只好先去一次拿 form 並且問怎麼填)
7. One passport size photo
8. Students have to send copy of the I-20 form
Permanent residents of the US and Canada do not need a visa to go into
Mexico for tourist reasons
剩下的英屬開曼群島和牙買加要去紐約辦，不過沒空去，記得台灣來的要辦牙買加
簽證還要另外填一張表格，只有台灣來的要填..@_@
