拉脫維亞簽證

要辦拉脫維亞簽證之前要先拿到邀請函，正確來說是一組號碼(ex:xxx-xxxxxx)
之後才能開始辦簽證。
以下是駐立陶宛的LV使館的回信：
Documents required for issue of a visa for the Republic of Latvia:
Passport (containing at least two blank pages for visas and with a term of
validity that exceeds by at least three months the expiry date of the visa
requested);
Completed visa application form

1 color photo (35mm x 45mm);
Invitation to visit Latvia approved by the Office of Citizenship and
Migration Affairs at the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Latvia
(valid 6 months).

Documents which are necessary if an invitation approved by the Office of
Citizenship and Migration Affairs is not required in accordance with the
regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
A valid health insurance policy guaranteeing the coverage of costs associated
with health care in Latvia, as well as those associated with repatriation
to the visitor's country of permanent residence in cases of serious illness
or death (amount 35 000 EUR);

Financial means （You need approval that you will have at least 30 Ls per
day for all your stay in Latvia;
Fee for processing of documents required for issuing a visa (for multiple
entry viza 70 Eur)
A decision on the issue of a visa is taken by an Embassy or Consulate of the
Republic of Latvia within 5 days of receipt of the necessary documents.
除上面之外，使館也要求出示回程機票。
送件時，使館並沒要求interview，想不到在預計取件日當天，使館卻突然說要面試....。
就我記憶中面試問了，是不是第一次到拉脫維亞、來訪目的、預計停留時間、離開riga後
要去哪裡、以前和現在的工作內容和職稱等，就是一般簽證官的標準問題。
中間有提到了我的保險不夠35000eur，但是因為遞交的存款證明足以cover差額就不計較。

比較特別的是又針對護照裡其他國家簽證分別提出疑問，尤其是前蘇聯國家部分，
這部分感覺比較像是簽證官個人好奇....
PS：在最初辦拉脫維亞簽證時，曾聯絡駐里加台北辦事處，辦事處說2008年以後持申根進
入.，如果不急可以等到明年..........
