窒息術不再消耗血魄符文。CD從60秒降到30秒。
Warlock (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Felhunter: Spell Lock once again silences the enemy for 3 sec.
地獄犬的法術封鎖現在再度會沉默敵人三秒。
Talents
Blood Fear While active, any time an enemy melee attack deals damage to the
caster they will become afflicted by Fear. for up to until cancelled. Blood
Fear Lasts 60 sec.
天賦
血性恐懼啟動時，任何敵人的近戰攻擊只要對施法者造成傷害就會被恐懼。持續到取消。
血性恐懼持續60秒。

窒息術本來就不會消耗血符...可能PTR改成會又改回來吧
