[情報] 前夕德魯伊 T13 套裝特效變更

技能天賦大改，T13 套裝特效也跟著改囉。


野性/守護者

[2P old]
While you have Pulverize active, your Mangle (Bear) critical strikes have a
100% chance to trigger Savage Defense, and your Blood in the Water talent now
causes Ferocious Bite to refresh the duration of your Rip on targets with 60%
or less health.

[4P old]
Frenzied Regeneration also affects all raid and party members. This effect
cannot be triggered if you have been in Bear Form for less than 15 sec. In
addition, using Tiger's Fury will also trigger your Stampede talent as if you
used Feral Charge (Cat).

[2P new]
Feral: Ferocious Bite now refreshes the duration of your Rip on targets with
60% or less health.
Guardian: Reduces the rage cost of your Savage Defense by 5.
(降低兇蠻防禦怒氣消耗5)

[4P new]
Feral: Using Tiger's Fury will trigger your Omen of Clarity ability.
(使用猛虎之怒觸發清晰預兆)
Guardian: Might of Ursoc also affects all raid and party members.
(烏索克之力作用全團)

Insect Swarm increases all damage done by your Starfire, Starsurge, and Wrath
spells against that target by 3%.

Increases all damage done by your Starfire, Starsurge, and Wrath spells by 3%.
