1.傳說披風特效改動

  近戰DD: 特效傷害受AP加成
  法系DD: 未改變
  補:     治療量為提高5%
  坦:     閃躲屬性變成熟練

  除了坦披風以外，其他披風都是RPPM系統，約每一分鐘觸發一次(RPPM = 1.0)

Rage, down from 60.
Glyph of Healing Touch now reduces the cooldown on Nature's Swiftness by 3
sec, rather than Swiftmend by 1 sec.
Glyph of Nature's Grasp now reduces the cooldown of Nature's Grasp by 60 sec,
up from 30 sec.

Minor Glyphs
Glyph of One With Nature is now a Minor Glyph.
Glyph of the Sprouting Mushroom is now a Minor Glyph.
One with Nature (New) Minor Glyph. Instant.
Sprouting Mushroom (New) Minor Glyph. Instant.

 Hunter (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Survival
Lock and Load no longer procs from Explosive Trap.

Major Glyphs
Glyph of Mending was reworked - Your Mend Pet now ticks every 1 sec, but the
duration is reduced by 5 sec and it gains a 10 sec cooldown.

 Mage (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Ice Lance damage and SP scaling increased by 29%.

Talents
Presence of Mind is no longer listed as being unaffected by Alter Time.

Frost
Frostbolt debuff no longer increases the damage of Frostbolt.
Mastery: Frostburn was renamed Mastery: Icicles. When you damage enemies with
Frostbolt, Frostfire Bolt, and your Water Elemental's Waterbolt, 12% of the
damage done is stored as an Icicle with you, for 15 sec. Up to 5 Icicles can
be stored at once. Casting Ice Lance causes any Icicles to begin launching at
the target.

Major Glyphs
Glyph of Combustion now increases the cooldown of Combustion by 100%, up from
50%.

Minor Glyphs
Condensation (New) Your Mirror Images cast Arcane Blast or Fireball instead
of Frostbolt depending on your primary talent tree. Minor Glyph. Instant.
Evaporation (New) Your Mirror Images cast Arcane Blast or Fireball instead of
Frostbolt depending on your primary talent tree. Minor Glyph. Instant.
Glyph of Condensation is now a Minor Glyph.
Glyph of Evaporation is now a Minor Glyph.
Glyph of the Unbound Elemental is now a Minor Glyph.
Unbound Elemental (New) Your Mirror Images cast Arcane Blast or Fireball
instead of Frostbolt depending on your primary talent tree. Minor Glyph.
Instant.

 Monk (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Chi Burst (Brewmaster, Windwalker) You summon a torrent of Chi energy and
hurl it at the target, dealing [ 1,325 + 121% forward, up to 40 yds, dealing
[ 121% of AP ] Nature damage to all enemies, and [ 1,095 + AP ] healing to
all allies in its path.
Chi Burst (Mistweaver) You summon a torrent of Chi energy and hurl it at the
target, dealing [ 1,325 + 121% forward, up to 40 yds, dealing [ 121% of AP ]
Nature damage to all enemies, and [ 1,095 + 120% of AP ] healing to all
allies in its path.
Chi Burst 40 100 yd range.

Talents
Chi Burst no longer requires a target, just goes forward. No longer lists
base damage, just AP scaling.
Rushing Jade Wind no longer costs Chi, instead costs 7.15% of Base Mana / 40
Energy. Now has spec specific tooltips. Now replaces Spinning Crane Kick. Now
generates 1 Chi. See tooltip for new damage formula.

Major Glyphs
Glyph of Transcendence now reduces the cooldown of your Transcendence:
Transfer spell by 5 sec rather than increasing range.

 Paladin (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Talents
Selfless Healer (Holy) now also reduces the cast time and mana cost of Holy
Radiance.

Holy
Guardian of Ancient Kings had a tooltip error fixed.
Mastery: Illuminated Healing no longer works on HoT spells.
Sacred Shield Overridde (Holy) (New) Paladin - Holy Spec.

Major Glyphs
Divine Plea had a tooltip fix.
Glyph of Divine Plea was reworked - Divine Plea returns 50% less mana but has
a 50% shorter cooldown.
Glyph of Hand of Sacrifice no longer reduces damage taken by the target by
20%.
Glyph of Holy Wrath now also works on Aberrations.
Glyph of Immediate Truth now increases the instant damage done by Seal of
Truth by 40%, up from 30%.
Glyph of Turn Evil [Needs redesign] was renamed Glyph of Burden of Guilt -
Your Judgment hits fill your target with doubt and remorse, reducing movement
speed by 50% for 2 sec.

Minor Glyphs
Exorcist (New) Minor Glyph. Instant.
Glyph of Pillar of Light (NYI) is now a Minor Glyph.
Glyph of the Exorcist is now a Minor Glyph.

 Priest (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Leap of Faith no longer lists a Shadowform restriction.
Prayer of Mending now can be cast in Shadowform and Spirit of Redemption
Renew now can be cast in Shadowform and Spirit of Redemption

Discipline
Rapture now refunds 100% of Power Word: Shield mana cost rather than
returning mana based on Spirit.
Spirit Shell now has a 10 sec duration, down from 15.

Holy
Lightspring is now a Holy spec spell.

Major Glyphs
Glyph of Fear Ward no longer reduces the duration.
Glyph of Lightspring was renamed Glyph of Lightwell - Transforms your
Lightspring into a Lightwell. Creates a Holy Lightwell. Friendly players can
click the Lightwell to restore [ 17,205 + 165.9% of Spell Power ] health over
6 sec. Attacks done to you equal to 30% of your total health will cancel the
effect. Lightwell lasts for 3 min or 15 charges.
Glyph of Lightwell was renamed Glyph of Deep Wells. Now works on Lightspring
and Lightwell.

Minor Glyphs
Angels (New) Minor Glyph. Instant.
Glyph of Inspired Hymns is now a Minor Glyph.
Glyph of the Sha is now a Minor Glyph.
Glyph of Void Shift (NYI) is now a Minor Glyph.
Inspired Hymns (New) Minor Glyph. Instant.
Sha (New) Minor Glyph. Instant.
Shifted Appearances (New) Minor Glyph. Instant.

 Rogue (Forums, Talent Calculator)
Evasion now increases your dodge chance by 100%, up from 50%.

Glyph of Shiv now reduces the cooldown of your Shiv ability by 3 sec, up from
2.

Glyph of Grounding Totem now increases the cooldown of your Grounding Totem
by 20 sec, down from 35 sec.

increased by 20 sec, down from 35 sec.
