    溫柔撕咬：三星
    新：[308 + 32.7% 攻強]-[543 + 32.7% 攻強]
    舊：                          23.27%
    * Ferocious Bite:   3 points: [308 + 32.7% of AP]
                        -[543 + 32.7% 23.27% of AP] damage

    兇蠻防禦：每次你在熊形態造成非週期性傷害爆擊時。有50%的機會獲得兇蠻防禦。
              降低你下次受到的的物理傷害，數值等於你攻強的35%。

    （進入大災變時代就不會被DoT's 爆擊觸發了）
    （想來改說明肯定相當困難才會拖那麼久...）

    * Savage Defense: Each time you deal a non-periodic critical strike
      while in Bear Form, you have a 50% chance to gain Savage Defense,
      reducing the damage taken from the next physical attack that strikes
      you by 35% of your attack power.

    奔竄：
      新：使用熊衝之後 8秒內增加你的物理加速15/30%
      舊：            使你下三次攻擊傷害增加15/30%

      新：使用貓跳之後10秒內使你下次劫掠能量消耗降低50/100%，且不需潛行也
          沒有位置限制
      舊：            30                            50/100%，且不需潛行

      （簡單說就是把貓跳觸發的劫掠沒有正背面限制加上去給大家知道）
      （17590原來有這種熊的三連擊變動...見鬼了為啥我沒發現？）
      （明明17590的對熊比較好啊...肯定又是PVP太強了..）


    * Stampede: Increases the damage done by your melee haste next 3 attacks
      by 30% in Bear Form after you use Feral Charge (Bear) for 8 sec, (Bear),
      and your next Ravage will temporarily not require stealth or have a
      positioning requirement for 10 30 sec after you use Feral Charge (Cat),
      and cost 100% less energy. (Cat).


Feraeral Combat

    怒火揮擊：
      新：你在熊、獵豹形態使用自動攻擊時有5/10/15%機率發動對同目標造成310%
          武器傷害
      舊：                                                              0%

      (大概是忘記把說明改成正確數值了，我們再次瞭解改說明很困難)
    * Fury Swipes: When you auto-attack while in Cat form or Bear form,
      you have a 15% chance to cause a Fury Swipe dealing 310% 0% weapon
      damage. This effect cannot occur more than once every 3 sec.

恢復
Restoration

    自然迅捷
      新：啟動後施法時間小於十秒的法術將會變為瞬發。若此法術為治療法術，治療量
      將提昇50%。

    * Nature's Swiftness: When activated, your next Nature spell with a
      base casting time less than 10 sec. becomes an instant cast spell.
      If that spell is a healing spell, the amount healed will be increased
      by 50%.

平衡
Balance

    颶風術
      新：把敵人捲起來 6秒
      舊：             5秒

    * Cyclone: Tosses the enemy target into the air, preventing all action
      but making them invulnerable for up to 6 5 sec. Only one target can
      be affected by your Cyclone at a time.

    梟獸光環

      新：變形為梟獸形態，增加祕法和自然傷害10％，降低所受傷害15％，並增加小隊
          和團隊成員法術加速5%。胖鳥不能施放治療法術和復生。變形可以讓自身脫離
          移動限制狀態。

      舊：增加法術加速5%

      (簡單的說就是把梟獸形態的說明跟光環的說明統統合到光環裡面，好你個BZ..)

    * Moonkin Aura: Shapeshift into Moonkin Form, increasing Arcane and
      Nature spell damage by 10%, reducing all damage taken by 15%, and
      increases Increases spell haste of all party and raid members by 5%.
      The Moonkin can not cast healing or resurrection spells while
      shapeshifted. The act of shapeshifting frees the caster of movement
      impairing effects.

    星隕術
      新：有效範圍40碼內進入戰鬥的目標，加上變形其他動物、上座騎和失去角色
          控制會中止星隕的敘述
      舊：        30

    * Starfall: You summon a flurry of stars from the sky on all targets
      within 40 30 yards of the caster that you're in combat with, caster, 
      each dealing 368 to 428 Arcane damage. Maximum 20 stars. Lasts 10 sec.
      Shapeshifting into an animal form or mounting cancels the effect. Any
      effect which causes you to lose control of your character will suppress
      the starfall effect.

    梟獸形態，就是改敘述而已...

    * Moonkin Form: Shapeshift into Moonkin Form, increasing （Form.
      While in this form your） Arcane and Nature spell damage is increased by
      10%, reducing reduces all damage taken by 15%, and increases spell
      haste of all party and raid members by 5%. The Moonkin can not cast
      healing or resurrection spells while shapeshifted.

    太陽光束
      新：持續10秒
      舊：持續 1秒

      (好樣的...這刀偷著砍...想必是個敏銳賊，不過聽說是寫錯？)

    * Solar Beam: You summon a beam of solar light over an enemy target's
      location, interrupting the target and silencing all enemies under
      the beam within 5 yards while it is active. Solar Beam lasts for 10 1 sec.

    強化憤怒
      新：降低你憤怒和星火的施法時間0.15/0.25/0.5秒
      舊：                          0.1 /0.2 /0.5秒

    一整個莫名其妙...
