Q: Can you add something that will let me target an enemy that already has an
icon?
A: No, the short answer is Blizzard disabled the ability for addon to do
this. There are addons that used to do this, and addons that fake similar
features for raid/party members, but it is not actually possible for raid
icons unless Blizzard adds it themselves.

This hasn't been done for two reasons:
First, the icons draw the eye into the play field, which overall is a good
thing.
Second, allowing you to target by raid icon would mean that we would have to
protect setting raid icons so addons couldn't set them and they wouldn't be
able to customize the target dropdown menu, which would be a shame. :)

聽說以前是有...只是後來被關掉了...
所以說這個功能是做得到 只是暴風雪把他關掉了..
