If the difference between the mob's Defense Skill and your Weapon Skill is
less than or equal to 10 then the formula for calculating your base miss rate
against that mob is:

* with two-hander: 5% + (Defense Skill - Weapon Skill)*.1%
* with dual-wielding: 24% + (Defense Skill - Weapon Skill)*.1%

If the difference between the mob's Defense Skill and your Weapon Skill is
greater than 10, then the formula for calculating your base miss rate against
that mob is:

* with two-hander: 7% + (Defense Skill - Weapon Skill - 10)*.4%
* with dual-wielding: 26% + (Defense Skill - Weapon Skill - 10)*.4%


簡單的說 兩條公式

一條公式用在"對方防禦等級與自己武器等級差 小於等於10時"
*雙手武器或單持武器: 5% + (防禦等級-武器等級) * 0.1%
*雙持武器: 24% + (防禦等級-武器等級) * 0.1%

一條公式用在"對方防禦等級與自己武器等級差 大於10時"
*雙手武器或單持武器: 7% + (防禦等級-武器等級-10) * 0.4%
*雙持武器: 26% + (防禦等級-武器等級-10) * 0.4%

由以上公式可推倒.. 推導出下面的結果

* v. Level 70 mob: 5.0% / dual-wield: 24%
* v. Level 71 mob: 5.5% / dual-wield: 24.5%
* v. Level 72 mob: 6.0% / dual-wield: 25%
* v. Level 73 mob: 9.0% / dual-wield: 28%

*對等級70怪物: 5.0% / 雙持: 24%
*對等級71怪物: 5.5% / 雙持: 24.5%
*對等級72怪物: 6.0% / 雙持: 25%
*對等級73怪物: 9.0% / 雙持: 28%

由以上結果可得知 等級差距2跟等級差距3 實際未命中機率差距整整3%
倘若目前新公式正確 也能解釋為何暴雪在 Patch 2.3 中
移除裝備的武器技能 而使用新的"武器熟練"(只降低閃躲與招架)
因為新公式裡 那5點的武器技能對miss的差距影響太大了
而現在已經沒有任何裝備可增加武器技能的 相信這也是暴雪劃分pve與pvp界線的動作之一

當然對獵人來說 武器熟練是完全無用的 因為遠程攻擊不會有閃躲或招架


Hunters
* Special attack or ranged auto-attack, base 142 hit rating
* Special attack or ranged auto-attack, with 3/3 Surefooted: 95 hit rating

這是新公式下 對73+的怪物需要的命中
142 或是 95(穩固3/3)

* 技能攻擊或單持自動攻擊: 142 命中等級

* 對等級70怪物: 5.0% / 雙持: 24%    = 79 / 379
* 對等級71怪物: 5.5% / 雙持: 24.5%  = 87 / 387
* 對等級72怪物: 6.0% / 雙持: 25%    = 95 / 394
* 對等級73怪物: 9.0% / 雙持: 28%    = 142 / 442

* 15.76 hit rating = 1% hit (with level 70)




Paladins

* With Precision (Paladin talent): 95 hit rating

聖騎士

* 3/3 精準 (3%) = 47.28 hit rating

* 對等級70怪物: 5.0% = 32
* 對等級71怪物: 5.5% = 40
* 對等級72怪物: 6.0% = 48
* 對等級73怪物: 9.0% = 95



Rogues
