-Recreate bug fixed where anyhero could instantly relearn all
 his abilities (no cd zeus bug as well as others)
修改-recreate所產生的一系列bug

-Invoke will only add an ability if its not the one you have
 (can't refresh current)
Invoker當擁有同樣技能時，使用融合時失去刷新的效果
（就是沒辦法瞬間施展兩次同樣法術了）

-Decreased the aoe and the damage on chaos meteor
減少Invoker隕石的傷害以及傷害範圍

-Typo on actual mana lost on EMP
修正Invoker EMP實際所損失的Mana量

-Slight decreate to aoe on energy ball
稍微減少Invoker能量球的傷害範圍

-Reduced the regen on exort
減低Invoker Exort 火屬性的HP回復速率

-Removed delayed effect on chronosphere and gave it a proper
 casting time so it matches sphere effect

-Fixed bug where using fissure on edge would crash the game
 (Trystero)
修正當ES在施展地裂時導致當機的問題

-Nerfed the extra damage during timewalk

BKB的CD時間減短

-Minor tweaks to dragon tail
調整了DK的暈技

-Chaos Meteor lag improved
調整了Invoker的渾沌隕石以改善Lag情況

-Icy path lag improved
調整了Invoker的冰凍途徑以改善Lag情況

-CK critical tooltip + slight change to crit distribution
輕微修正了CK的爆擊技能提示，減少爆擊機率

-Sandstorm lag improved
修正SAK的沙暴技能以改善LAG情況

-Improved Greaterbash/Backtrack lag issue a bit
修正了SB的重擊和FV的被動閃避技能以改善LAG情況

-Fixed aegis undroppable bug
修正復活盾無法丟棄的問題

-Betrayal bugs: death with aegis, leaver during betrayal and
 bush tk resolved
修正Invoker的背叛技能，不再導致復活盾失效或導致離開遊戲，
以及TH使用bush可以TK的結果

-Perm dd bug fixed


-Leshrac and Ursa may now use -recreate
Leshrac和Ursa現在可以使用-recreate指令了

-Fixed some aegis bugs relating to omnislash, waveform, etc
修正復活盾和BM大決及WE Waveform所產生的問題

-Ring of Protection price decreased by 50
防護戒指現在價格為150

-Decreased model size of Ignis Fatuus
KOTL所招喚的光球尺寸縮小

-TDA Gaming rules updated
TDA遊戲規則更新

-Stout shield 200->250
閃避盾漲價為250

-Fixed bug with goo where it would do an extra -3 armor

-Scepter no longer droppable due to a fatal error issue with
 chicken
-Spiritbear level 3 typo on entangle
修正LD招喚熊三級的Entangle問題
-Mac issue with 6.10 might be resolved, further investagtion
 will be done if its not
