修正bug 修正bloodseeker的大絕說明
根據論壇裡esby這個人的建議減少中立creep產生時的lag
微調一些平衡(但作者沒有列出來,可能要玩家自己發覺)
不要用舊的rupture說明來衡量傷害!? 已經不再適用了
