Blizzard Entertainment tournament and gaming event to take place in Europe over
June 28-29
Blizz的賽程與遊戲相關活動將在06/28, 06/29於歐洲舉辦.
PARIS, France. - February 11, 2008 - Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced
plans to hold its fourth Worldwide Invitational in Paris, France on the 28th and
29th of June. The 2008 Blizzard Entertainment® Worldwide Invitational will bring
the company and gamers together in a convention atmosphere, celebrating the
communities surrounding Blizzard Entertainment’s Warcraft®, Diablo® and
StarCraft® series as well as showcasing the skills of top eSports gamers from
around the world. The first Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational to be
held in Europe, the event will take place at Hall 5 of the Porte de Versailles
Exposition Center in Paris.
巴黎, 法國 - 2.11, 2008, Blizzard今日發表計畫於06/28, 06/29於法國巴黎舉辦第四次WWI
活動. 2008 WWI將會讓公司與玩家們一起參與盛會, 和Blizz遊戲社群一起慶祝魔獸爭霸,
暗黑破壞神, 星海爭霸等遊戲, 也將會安排世界各地電子競技高手同台表演. 這是第一次在
歐洲舉辦WWI, 活動場地將會在巴黎的凡爾賽門展示中心第五廳.

gaming that will be taking place at the event, we’re planning an entertaining show

tournaments, with a variety of other activities over the two-day event, including:

相信大家還記憶猶新, 去年5/19,5/20的WWI公布了SC2的消息, 也就是由小弟代表台灣玩家前
往WWI會場, 並且帶回來一系列的報導(另一個同行的..早就不知道消失在哪, 找他真是浪費)
不過今年看來Blizz想要仿效Blizzcon再賺一次錢, 門票賣得著實不便宜. 不過如果有機會的
話, 我是想推薦一個絕佳人選, 能夠代表電競, 魔獸與星海的指標人物.
當然, 如果能去的話, 大家到時候也會知道是誰.
