[ OS ] 冰蛙和DotA-Allstars.com拆夥

As a result of some differences, I am no longer affiliated with the dota-allstars.com website. I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone over there the best of luck in the future.

I still plan on continuing DotA development for a long time, a couple years at the very least. The next update, 6.60, is nearing the end of its design and testing phase. The translation phase will also be starting shortly. There is still a little bit more work to do on fixing some specific content, but it's finally approaching completion. I will post another update here in the near future.

As of today, I am starting a new community site for DotA. I think it is more valuable to the players though if I focus most of my time on developing and improving the game, so I'm here to reach out and ask for help on this. I believe that with some organization, the community has some very talented people that can help build a site to serve their interests and needs. Help can come in many different forms: programming, design, technical support, content contributions, etc. My goal is to have a format
where everyone that wants to help can contribute in a productive way. If you are interested in being involved, please send me an email at [e-mail]



因為一些爭執，我不再與DotA-Allstars.com網站進行來往合作。我希望借此機會祝願所有
人都有好運。

    我仍將在未來很長一段時間內致力于dota的發展，至少2年。下一個更新版本6.60，
接近設計圖樣和版本測試的尾聲，翻譯工作也會盡快展開。並且還有一些特定效果和內
容的修復工作要做，但是它已經接近完成。我今後會在這裡發布其他內容的的更新。

    現在，我在著手制作一個新的dota社區網站。我認為這對玩家更有價值，盡管我大
部分時間一直在致力于遊戲的開發和改進。所以我在這裡尋求幫助，我相信一些組織團
體以及社區會有一些人才，如果你們感興趣並且能夠協助建立一個服務于他們愛好和需
求的網站。當然幫助可以有多種形式：布局，設計，技術支持，提交內容，等等。我的
目標是擁有一個模式，每個人都能提供自己的貢獻（估計是類似維基百科一樣的模式，
