懷疑你到底有看全文嗎?還是只認得這個單字 ? 如果英文不清楚請看中文版
這裡的recoginze是說美中雙方政府互相承認且美國認可PRC是唯一合法代表中國的政府
但美國也表明會跟台灣政府持續非官方關係..

: 3.The United States of America and the People's Republic of China reaffirm
: the principles agreed on by the two sides in the Shanghai Communique and
: emphasize once again that:
: （第3點是雙方對上海公報的重申與再次強調﹐內容是以下跟上海公報基本相同的
: 4、5、6、7、8點﹐所以第7點的內容是對上海公報的重申）
: 4.Both wish to reduce the danger of international military conflict.
: 5.Neither should seek hegemony in the Asia-Pacific region or in any other
: region of the world and each is opposed to efforts by any other country or
: group of countries to establish such hegemony.
: 6.Neither is prepared to negotiate on behalf of any third party or to enter
: into agreements or understandings with the other directed at other states.

: 7.The Government of the United States of America acknowledges the Chinese
: position that there is but one China and Taiwan is part of China.

第七點跟台灣有關最重要,竟然跳過..
這點說的就是美國認知(acknowledge) 中國認為台灣屬於中國的立場 ,而不是承認.

: 8.Both believe that normalization of Sino-American relations is not only in
: the interest of the Chinese and American peoples but also contributes to the
: cause of peace in Asia and the world.
: （上海公報至此重申完畢。）
: 9.The United States of America and the People's Republic of China will
: exchange Ambassadors and establish Embassies on March 1, 1979.
: : 分析此公報很明顯的美國認為:
: : 1. PRC 為代表中國的唯一合法政府並與之建交
: :    --> 意思是美國認為流亡在台灣的中華民國政府已經不再合法代表中國
: :        因此中華民國政府連流亡政府都不是, 只是個在台灣擁有治權的政府.
: : 2. 美國認知中國政府所謂台灣是中國一部分的立場,
: :    但美國不認為台灣是中國的一部分, 所以美國持續與台灣維持非官方關係
: 第2點是錯誤的解讀。如果美國不認為台灣是中國的一部分﹐那美國就會保持官方關系了。
: 誰告訴你說﹐需要“不認為是XX的一部分”﹐才能“繼續維持非官方關系”﹖
: 那美國難道跟蘇格蘭沒有“非官方關系”﹖跟北海道沒有“非官方關系”﹖
: 還是說美國人跟ISIS有非官方關系﹐就等於美國不認為ISIS領土是伊拉克、敘利亞的
: 一部分﹖

美國不認為台灣是中國的一部分,同時台灣也沒成立國家,所以只能維持非官方關係
你的非官方關係很好笑,北海道跟日本有用不同護照嗎?
你去美國申請簽證,簽證上寫的Country of Citizen 欄位寫的可不是是PRC,是Taiwan!
