請問我在台灣換的國際駕照可以在DC開車嗎?
我上DC Department of Motor Vehicles的網站看
如果要用國外駕照換當地的駕照要準備下列的文件：
1.Proof of name, date of birth and US duration of stay/status
這個沒有問題，用Passport,I-94,I-20就可以了
2.Proof of Social Security number
Social Security card bearing applicant's name, Social Security Number,
and signature.
Social Security Administration verification printout reflecting full name
and Social Security Number.
Letter from the Social Security Administration reflecting not eligible
for a Social Security Number
這是不是代表沒有SSN就別想換駕照了?
3.Proof of DC residency
Utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Oil, or Cable) with name and address,
issued within the last sixty (60) days.
Telephone bill (no cell phone, wireless or pager bills acceptable) reflecting
applicant's name and current address, issued within the last sixty (60) days.
Deed or settlement agreement.
Unexpired lease or rental agreement with the name of the applicant listed
as the lessee or renter (sub-lease agreement not acceptable)
DC Property Tax bill issued within the last 60 days with DC resident name
and DC address matching the DC mailing address.
Unexpired homeowner's insurance policy reflecting name and address.
DC DMV Proof of Residency Form signed by the person owning or leasing the
residence and proof of residence from list above and a copy of this person valid/unexpired DC driver license or DC identification card (All names and address information must match on all documents).
這我目前也是一樣都沒有
我目前沒有Social Security Number,也沒有Proof of DC residency的任何一樣
請問要如何才有辦法換照呢?
