現在才知道，東岸像是DC也會有這種 Festival of the Arts 大拜拜
園遊會活動，擺在街頭或公園。
加州每年五月到九月，各大小城鎮輪流舉辦這種以藝術為宗旨的大拜
拜，擺攤者每個週末趕場賣，看起來收入不錯，甚至可以當作副業。
看過一個城鎮再看另一處，就發現大同小異。
許多在festival現場逛街的人群，重點不是看藝術品，而是可以大搖
大擺在街上公然喝啤酒或葡萄酒，會場的警察不會抓公然喝酒，除非
真的在鬧事。
