Wego is a comprehensive school including kindergarden,elementary school,
junior and senior high school.
Besides regular teaching,Wego emphsizes on two main educational systems
which are different from other schools.
One is "the natural class."The other is "English teaching by native speakers."
First,I want to talk about "the natural class." Wego provides the
"natural class"at the Evergreen Farm on Yangming Mountain.
Combining the best of Yangming Mountain's natural beauty with camping
education,it provides us with the best natural atmosphere.
This area is divided into several parts:the forest,the wilderness survival
area,the agriculture garden and the wild animal zoo.
In the mountain and fields,we can run,and listen to the sound of nature.
Also,we are free to explore the natural environment.I have learned horse
riding,rock climbing,wilderness surviving.In addition,I can even cook and build te
tent on my own. The most useful skill for me is to tell the direction if I am
lost in the mountain. I think this course makes me learn many things that
I can't get from the text books.
In Wego,English is as a second language program.These language courses not
only help us prepaer for regular English study but provide an environment
which we can engage in interactive learning with native speakers.
Schools arranges two hours a week to take these courses.
We divide into three groups A.B and C.So one class has less than 15 people.
Every semester, we have to psrticipate in English drama,speech and singing
competitions.All these experiences make Wego students more adapt to English.
Wego gives me a lot of information that allows me to learn more.
It also provides a comfortable learning environment.
I think Wego Private School really plays a proper role in our education.
