After developing his skills in his hometown of Philadelphia
Pennsylvania, Beanie Sigel gained national attention for his
appearances on tracks by several top stars. Now he releases his own
debut full-length, "The Truth", on Roc-A-Fella Records. Guests that
contribute to the album include Jay-Z, Eve, Scarface, Memphis Bleek
and Amil. Beanie Sigel says, "I got lyrics for days. I write a verse,
leave it alone and come back to it later. I try to make that perfect
rhyme, that's what I strive for. A lot of people are just rappin'. I don't
rap, I talk (stuff). It just so happens that it rhymes."
