Vertical Horizon is made up of Keith Kane (vocals, guitar), Sean
Hurley (bass), Matt Scannell (vocals, guitar) and Ed Toth (drums).
Since they formed in 1991, the band has had three successful
independent releases. The album "Everything You Want" marks
Vertical Horizon's major label debut. About the songs on the album,
Matt says, "They're simple songs played with sincerity. That's where
the excitement comes from, not through adding more notes and
overplaying. We try to put the focus on lyrics, melodies and chord
progressions. We're not into huge productions, just real emotions, real
situations."
