Irish heart throbs Westlife look set to record with soul diva Mariah Carey
following a recent meeting between the two parties.
Singer Kian says, 'When we were told she wanted to record with us we thought it
was a joke, but then we discovered she was serious and we're knocked out'.
A Westlife spokesperson says, 'Mariah met the band at their showcase in Los-
Angeles last month. She loves their music and there is a possibility that they
will record together'.
Kian adds, 'Mark thinks he's died and gone to heaven because he's always been a
huge fan of hers'.
Although no further details of the imminent partnership are available at
present you can help influence their choice of song by taking part in the
dotmusic vote tonight.
