Williams Sisters Helping Others Achieve Dreams in New Book
For years, Venus and Serena Williams have expressed how grateful they are to be
achieving their dreams - not only in professional tennis, but in life. Now, the
two famous sisters are offering advice to others on how to work towards making
their own dreams come true in their new book.
The book, titled "Venus and Serena, Serving From the Hip: 10 Rules for Living,
Loving, and Winning" hits bookstores across the United States on Tuesday,
March 29.
The Williams sisters said they wrote the book to help others achieve their
dreams just as they are fulfilling their dreams each day.
"Serving From the Hip" is essentially a guide for living, loving, learning and
playing with the right crowd. The book includes many of the values and advice
passed on to Venus and Serena that have helped them excel in tennis and in
their personal lives.
The book was published by Houghton Mifflin Company in Boston.
On Wednesday, March 30, Venus and Serena made a special apperance on Oprah to
help promote their new book.
