這隻挺不錯的 芭樂味好重好重 一樣是聞跟喝都有
酒精度爆高 可是喝來不算太燥 挺滿意的 05年產4896瓶
: 1. 2004 Bouchard Corton-Charlemagne - our price $109.99 / $99.99
: case ($135)
: AMAZING wine (though still VERY young). This is almost like a young
: Clos St. Hune. At 95+, it's not only Tanzer's top Bouchard
: Corton-Charlemagne ever; it's his top 2004 White Burgundy from
: anybody.
喝不太出來說 算是非常平衡 酸度也很好的一隻酒
酒專的人是說還太年輕 桶味還太重 再擺一下應該會更好

: 3. 1997 Jadot Bonnes Mares ($195)
: Jadot was one of the few producers to make truly stunning 1997s -

非常期待又有點失望的一隻酒 新鮮紅色水果的味道
感覺已經過適飲期 開始走下坡了 香氣口味都不非常出色
: 4. 1998 Janasse Chateauneuf "Chaupin" ($100)
: A Parker 95, and one of the best Chateauneufs of this top-rated
: vintage.
一樣不是很滿意 口味重 但是就是不覺得好喝
: 5. 1999 Chateau L'Eglise-Clinet ($150) $100 in wine-searcher
: A great Pomerol, which Parker shows selling now for up to $340.
還是不怎樣 蠻波爾多的感覺 香氣口味都蠻悶的 單寧還很重
感覺上就是骨頭結構很好 可是沒有肉
: 6. 1997 La Mondotte ($450) $150 in wine-searcher
: 1997 may not be the most sought-after Bordeaux year, but this is
: Parker's wine of the vintage and three points above Petrus! He calls
: it "a stupendous effort, huge and massive, yet gorgeously
: proportioned." The ultimate "garagiste" St.-Emilion.
再度失望 感覺跟樓上那隻差不多 不過稍好一點點
: 7. 1990 Ridge "Monte Bello" ($225) $180 on wine-searcher
: A great Monte Bello that's just beginning to show at its best.
90年的酒卻還是相當夠力 單寧味道都重 青椒味主宰了這一隻酒 不過沒有特別喜歡
酒專的人說有些年份的 Monte Bello味道會比較偏cherry跟tobacco 可能會較討喜吧
或許也會是我比較喜歡的類型 不過這是我第一次喝 monte bello 無從比較起
: 8. 1997 Zind-Humbrecht Pinot Gris "Clos Jebsal" SGN ($270) $150
: 97 points from both Tanzer and Parker. One of the all-time great
: dessert wines from Zind-Humbrecht.
Wine of the Day. 本日最佳酒款 這隻來自Alsace的dessert wine真的是棒到不行
跟蘇玳的感覺很像 小弟嘴拙鼻拙 幾乎分不出來差別 雖然用的是不同的葡萄品種
醇厚香甜 蜂蜜味極重 複雜 口感雄厚 彷彿液體的蜂蜜一般 卻又不膩人
而且幾乎喝不出蘇玳常會有的苦味 (彷彿略有一點)
極品 這隻97分實至名歸
難道這就是成熟蘇玳該有的風味嗎 ??
還剛好有 cloudy bay可以試喝 真是有賺到的感覺
剛到出來芭樂跟百香果味 聞第二下就是貓尿味了 不是特別中意 酒偏dry 蠻乾淨的感覺
不過還是Kim Crawford比較對我胃口 口感較重 口味偏果香跟甜 貓尿味實在不中意阿
最後還撿到 Mondavi 的fume blanc 04 才賣$10USD 喝完再來報告
