In addition there is the category Eiswein (ice wine): made from grapes that have been naturally frozen on the vine, making a very concentrated wine. The finest examples usually are not affected by noble rot 就如同字面上說得,Kabinett是成熟的葡萄釀的酒 而Spatlese是晚摘的,也許比Kabinett甜 這樣的講法跟我喝的心得有些少許的不一樣 先說這次的感覺 聞到的味道有些草莓香、有點醃漬的果香 喝到的味道有草莓、櫻桃、醃梅子 也許就是醃梅子的味道,總覺得在結尾時有些微的苦澀刺舌 酒精濃度也是8%,酒體適中 我選了同樣是德國Mosel-Saar-Ruwer區域的酒 同樣是Bernkasteler Kurfurstlay的酒 同樣是2004年 唯一的不同只有Kabinett、Spatlese,不過2次的感覺很不一樣 我並不覺得"喝起來"Spatlese比Kabinett甜,不過這次感覺到的味道都是比較甜的水果 難道這就是所謂的"比較甜"? 不懂不懂,要喝的還很多呢 XDD -- 飲酒不開車,開車不飲酒... 品酒過量有礙健康... 這則不是廣告文,我也不是酒商人... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 24.199.87.108
