反正就是前陣子買的cachaca上面附的酒譜
Lemon Caipirinha
1 lemon
2 ts. of sugar
4 ice cubes(ground)
50 ml of cachaca
Preparation:
The lemon is sliced in eight pieces.
The lemon and sugar are put into a glass and crushed so as
to release the juices and oils from the lemon.
Ice and cachaca are added.
The mix is well to stirred.
Extra lemon juice may be added, if you like, and the mix is served.
Strawberry Caipirinha
5 Strawberries
2 ts. of sugar
4 ice cubes(ground)
50 ml of cachaca
Preparation:
The strawberry is sliced into a glass.
Sugar is assed and the mix is crushed.
Ice and cachaca are added.
The mix is well stirred served.
Pineapple Caipirinha
2 slices of pineapple
2 ts. of sugar
4 ice cubes(ground)
50 ml of cachaca
Preparation:
The pineapple slices is cut into cubes and put into a glass.
Sugar is added and all is crushed so as to release the juice.
Ice and cachaca are added.
The mix is well stirred and served.
Kiwi Caipirinha
1 kiwi
2 ts. of sugar
4 ice cubes(ground)
50 ml of cachaca
Preparation:
The kiwi is sliced and put into a glass.
Sugar is added and the mix is crushed .
Ice and cachaca are added.
The mix is well stirred and served.
