本參考名冊依據2015年美國教育部(網址：http://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/)及美
國教育部「後中等教育機構及計畫認可資料庫」(The Database of Accredited
Postsecondary Institutions and Programs, 網址：
http://ope.ed.gov/accreditation/Search.aspx)之公布資料彙編而成。並參考2015年美
國六大區域評鑑機構(New England Association of Schools and Colleges,
Commission on Institutions of Higher Education、Middle States Commission on
Higher Education、North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, The
Higher Learning Commission、Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities
、Western Association of Schools and Colleges、Southern Association of
Colleges and Schools)認可大學名單，篩選標準為兩年制以上、非為遠距教學之公、私
立學校。本參考名冊也排除只被DEAC (Distance Education Accrediting Commission,
網址：http://www.deac.org/ )認可之大學。

基本上, 美國評鑑機構認可的大專院校研究所, 台灣都認可.

只要不是在台灣上課, 都是承認的.

台灣教育部海外教育司, 並不明列國外認可大學, 而是由學校, 職場, 考試單位分別認可.

外國大學參考名冊所列院校，係我國駐外館處查證當地國政府學校權責機關或其認定之教
育專業評鑑團體所認可者，作為國人留遊學選校之參考資料，並不作為「認可名冊」之用
，國內各用人或考試機構採認國外學歷者，得由各該主管機 關參照「大學辦理國外學歷
採認辦法」規定辦理。

所以台灣沒有海外大專院校研究所認可名單.
