Perhaps one of the most interesting and colorful words in the English
language today is the word fuck.
在當代英語中,最有趣,最多采多姿的字或許就是fuck了.
It is the one magical word which, just by its sound, can describe pain,
pleasure, love and hate.
它是個神奇的字,只要憑它的聲音,就可以表達痛苦,快樂,愛,與恨.
In language fuck falls into many grammatical categories.
就文法上而言,fuck可以分成許多詞性.
It can be used as a verb, both transitive (John fucked Mary) and intransitive
(Mary was fucked by John).
它可以是及物動詞,也可以是不及物動詞.
It can be an action verb (John really gives a fuck),
它可以是主動動詞,
a passive verb (Mary really doesn't give a fuck),
可以是被動動詞,
an adveb (Mary is fucking interested in John),
可以是助詞,
or as a noun (Mary is a terrific fuck).
或是名詞.
It can also be used as an adjective (Mary is fucking beautiful)
它也可以是形容詞
or an interjuection (Fuck! I'm late for my date with Mary).
或是語氣詞.
It can even be used as a conjunction (Mary is easy, fuck she's also stupid).
它甚至可以用來當連接詞.
Aside from its sexual connotations, this incredible word can be used
to describe many situations:
