Reminder: Deadline for Course WithdrawalStudents who would like to request
withdrawal from a course must submit an application form before 5 pm, May
21st (Friday next week)The application form must be signed by the Course
Professor and the Director of the Department of your current program. Please
submit application to the relevant office (i.e. Undergraduate Academic
Affairs Division for Bachelor students, and Graduate Academic Affairs
Division for Master and PhD students).Course Withdrawal Policy:1.
Undergraduates, graduates, postgraduates and students of Continuing
Education and Professional Development may apply for a course withdrawal.2.
Course withdrawal is restricted to one course per semester. An exception
will be made only with the department director’s permission. Students who
request to withdraw from more than one course must submit a paper stating
reasons for withdrawal.3. The withdrawn courses will be recorded as
"WITHDRAW"(停修) on the students’ academic transcripts. Older transcripts
may be recorded as “WITHHOLD” the meaning is the same.4. Tuition fee
will not be refunded after the course withdrawal is approved. 5. Please
find attached a hard copy of “application form”(停修申請書) and “reason
for withdrawal”(學生報告書) or download it at

註冊組提醒同學們5月21日（週五）停修申請截止同學們擬申請停修課程但尚未完成程序
者，務必於5月21日（週五）下午5時之前將任課教師、就讀系所主任（所長）已簽章同意
之申請書送交您註冊的教務單位（註冊組、研教組），逾期恕無法受理。
其他有關本校停修課程規定之重點及注意事項如下：
1.學士班、碩士班、博士班、進修學士班學生均可申請。
2.停修課程每學期以一科為限。
但情況特殊檢附證明文件經任課教師、就讀學系（所）主任（所長）及教務長核准者，不
在此限。（正課與實驗；正課與實習得一併停修，但均須填寫於停修申請書並經二科任課
教師簽章同意。另有因不可抗力之特殊情況需停修不止一科者，請另填「學生報告書」並
檢附證明文件辦理）。
3. 停修課程仍會在成績表上有紀錄：成績欄註明「停修」。
（此項紀錄是否會有負面影響，見仁見智，建議您慎重考慮是否有停修之必要。）
4.依規定應另行收費之課程停修後，已繳費者不予退費，未繳交者仍應補繳。
5.「停修申請書」或「學生報告書」請至各教務單位索取或至註冊組網頁下載。
