寄了兩封信給美國總公司
美國總公司凌晨回信了，以下是信件內容(下方有翻譯)

Dear Customer,
Thank you for notifying us of this issue and we are sorry that your kitten is not eating the canned food as normal. The Chicken Soup Kitten canned food you have was made at two different facilities which is why they appear different. The cans with " A0208612 12:17 (A)BEST BY 26MAR14" was from the old facility that is no longer being used to make this food. The cans with " P2DPCK91917B BESTBYSEP192014 16:14" is made at the new facility.
The overall recipe for the kitten food has not changed, but the manufacturing process and area where the ingredients come from have changed. These changes are the reasons why the food now appears different and may be why your kitten no longer eats the food. We recommend that you try an alternative food for your kitten to assure he or she is eating regularly. If you would like a refund for the food, please seek one form the retailer and/or distributor you purchased it from.

現在新的雞母貓罐頭是改到不同的新工廠製造
舊的一批雞母貓罐頭的製造工廠已經不再製造。
(序號類似:A0208612 12:17 (A)BEST BY 26MAR14)
現在已經全部轉到新的工廠製造。
(序號形式類似:P2DPCK91917B BESTBYSEP192014 16:14)
整體的配方沒有更動，但是製造過程與原料的來源有更動。
所以這可能就是為什麼你的貓不再吃新的罐頭。
我們建議你，為你的小貓尋找新的替代食物，來確保小貓吃的正常規律。
若要退貨，請尋找當地的零售商/經銷商詢問。
