Dear Jackson,
Thank you for your inquiry. The holes in the gussets are called micro-perfs.
They are in the bag to allow air to be forced out of the bag during packaging
and palletizing of the product. Not all of the air is forced out during this
process, so if you put pressure on the bag it is possible to force more air
out. The micro-perfs don't allow air, moisture or infestation into the bag.

大意就是說包裝的設計不會讓空氣、濕氣、雜質進入包裝，
那個洞的設計(空氣只出不進)就如當初致電給博東客所解釋的差不多
主要是為了在包裝跟堆貨時讓空氣出去
