涼拌茄子
所需材料：
茄子 ... 4-5條
調味料
蒜屑 ... 1/2大匙
醬油 ... 1大匙
鹽 ... 1茶匙
糖 ... 1茶匙
黑醋 ... 1/2大匙
麻油 ... 2大匙
味精 ... 1/3茶匙
作法步驟：
昔子切去蒂和尾稍，洗淨將每條一切為三段，置於盤中入蒸鍋蒸20分鐘，
取出倒去水分，加入調味料用筷子把茄子撕成絲條，拌勻後加一層保鮮膜即入冰箱冰涼，
食時取出清香可口。
