我跟另外兩個朋友一起買Gmarket ollie的雪靴
好不容易看到最後兩雙0927金牌短筒紅色 趕快下標
另一個朋友是買另一款
2/4凌晨完成刷卡 今天2/8卻收到信件通知 說0927這兩雙缺貨 如下

item choice 0927_red;250(9300?)[1?] transaction no. 1257213303

Delayed delivery has been occured due to out of stock however there are available items [0926_red-245(+11,300?) / 0926_red-250(+11,300?)] which is same type but little longer than ordered ones.
The seller can send out the alternative items without any additioanl fee although the prices are 2,000won more than ordered one.
這段是說0927缺貨 問要不要換成0926中筒款 後面應該是說不用加價(中筒貴2000韓元)

You can either
1. keep both transactions to exchange to 0926 items
or
2. cance both transactions

如果取消這兩筆交易 只寄出一雙 那運費不就很貴><(沒辦法分攤阿)
如果我想取消3筆交易  錢是會刷退到信用卡嗎
好無言喔... 第一次到Gmarket買東西就遇到這種事
沒貨怎麼能在選項裡賣呢>"< 還是這種情形常發生阿!!??

→ mai0064:可以問問看可不可以整張取消

看網路教學後有留言在賣家留言版 問能不能取消整張
之後是賣家那邊會做取消 還是我要到購單清單那自己做取消呢?
我想刷退到銀行 不想到gaccount 是要跟賣家說嗎~ 謝謝

推 ariessu:你可以到你的購物單裡將整張訂單取消喔
因為它的選項是取消那兩筆 不知道能不能直接將全部取消
所以想說還是告知賣家 今天賣家回信 並主動幫我取消了~呼
G市若是這樣常缺貨 我想以後不會輕易購買了...
