[心得] gmarket刷卡失敗問題 我擔心太多了

Gmarket 回信了

看來是我擔心太多了XD

我是用 VISA 刷的

我把gmarket 的回信po上來; 之前刷的應該是不會去請款的!!

我有把第二次刷的, 故意把原本要訂的衣服少訂一件.

所以第二次刷的金額跟第一次不一樣, 用以區隔!!
(還是有一點點小小擔心,so做了小小變化!!)

Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting us.
We were out of the office for the weekend. Please notice that.

Your order has not been placed successfully because your trial(s) of making
a payment(s) on your order has(have) been failed.As we checked, we found the
record of one failed payment on April th.

Cancellation occured after the authorization, and that is why you were told
by credit card company/bank that the payment(s) was(were) approved.However,
since we don't capture the amount of money on failed payment transaction(s),
the amount has(have) been refunded back to your credit card account.

Sometimes, it takes a while for the credit card company to approve our
recognition
of your failed payment trials; from 7 days to maximum 30 days. But you will
eventually able to know that you are not charged for the failed
transactions when you receive your card bill.

For the error that you have faced, please let us know about more information
on the case, so we can help you to solve the problem.

Gmarket website is best optimized in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Using other internet browsers (Firefox, Safari, Opera etc.) may cause errors.
Please delete cookies and temporary internet files at internet option section
and try it again after 1~2 days.
And make sure to delete all the items from your Shopping Cart before you
order the items again to prevent same problem.
Also, please make sure to put your credit card's information correctly.
We are very sorry about the inconveninence caused.
Please kindly follow our instructions for solving the problem, but if you
face the same problem, please contact us again with the screen shot of the
error
page.
