[問題] 收到Amazon 貨品有缺~該如何處理?

        在Amazon買了些寵物用品
        結果收到東西後有嚴重短少
        寫了信問發貨的客服
        後來他回覆以下內容：

        Thank you for your email. You may file a claim as we have in our system
        that they all ship. You can place an A-Z claim with amazon.

        所以請問我該怎麼做?
        (我突然看不懂他寫的東西了= =|||)

        拜託各位解惑了~
