網路兄妹拍檔 雅虎拍賣詐500萬

高雄地區一所國立大學的三年級劉姓女學生，竟然是雅虎網路知名的拍賣詐欺高手，和
哥哥劉家宏合組「兄妹檔」，化名「boysunny 2」等17個假名，騙得網友近三百人，詐
騙金額約五百萬元。被害人不甘受害，竟也成立「受害人家族」網站，專門揭發兄妹兩
人的騙局，案情罕見。刑事警察局偵九隊清晨分別在高雄市、屏東縣，逮獲嫌犯劉家宏
兄妹及同夥姜元植，今天上午將全案移送法辦。

警方調查，劉姓女學生和哥哥劉家宏自去年開始，利用知名的雅虎拍賣網站交易平台，
進行電子商務詐欺，假裝銷售精品、皮件、化粧品、手表、手機、球鞋等牟利，做案達
半年之久。

警方查出，劉嫌先以精緻的專業廣告台詞和網頁設計，化名「Breakman」、
「Daydaychn」、「Burberry 538」等 17個化名登錄，取得網友的信任，再利用網路咖
啡店所提供的便利上網服務和隱匿性，和易付卡登錄使用的空窗期，並以數十家銀行的
人頭帳戶，當作網友購物匯款的帳戶，躲避警方的追查。

警方還查出，劉嫌「兄妹檔」詐騙得手後，對網友不滿的反應，以各種藉口推託，最後
索性置之不理，還恥笑被騙的網友，並惡言相向。
