Dutch producer Capricorn (aka Hans Weekhout) showcases a hearty awareness for
hard-hitting, blazing breakbeat reminiscent of a heavier Meat Beat Manifesto.
Some of his newer material features grinding guitar riffs looped on top of
distorted breakbeats, accentuated by smooth synth layers and fluttering
percussion. Capricorn, who points to Meat Beat Manifesto and the Chemical
Brothers as influences, has recorded and mixed many Dutch acts, as well as
artists such as Prince, the late Falco and Ian Gillan. Besides releasing
music under such pseudonyms as Paranoiax and doing remixes for the Art Of
Trance and Nalin & Kane, Capricorn has hit nearly every genre (including Drum
'n' Bass, downtempo, Techno and Trance) on his own. His 1998 album Lost In
Jellywood displays his startling talent and expertise in producing driving
breakbeat music.
譚詠麟的"夢幻的笑容"應該是取樣了這首歌才把Hans注記為作曲人
