    腦蟲的本意是希望能把精靈姐的一番諤諤之言拿來與這嘗試，兩相比較。
看看到底腦蟲所想的創新，是不是真的能符合大家的胃口...

    至於 "Can't Not"  的話，腦蟲一開始也不瞭解。不過，在買了這張專輯
將近四年之後，我想到的解讀是 "欲罷不能" 或 "無法拒絕" 。

    原歌詞內容，是一位大學女生向男友抱怨墮胎造成她不良於行。
因為 "I cannot walk without my clutches." 這一句。
還有，這個情境的 context中的人物，是我猜的，因為歌詞中有提到:
 "to all the unheard wisdom in the school yard"

     "Who do you think you are? Why do you question me?"
這兩句詞在歌曲當中，用急促的責備口氣的男聲發出。顯見這男人對
兩個人共同的行為不願負責。只想著當初 "上這女孩" 的快活。

    當然，這歌當中的女孩是受害者。不過，她面對這負心漢的態度
前後轉變，也許發人深省... 。

    包括那一句 "Would I be whining if I said I needed a hug?"

    她為何現在把自己和男友比喻成禽獸? 我想這是個很好的問題。
