Way Out West - Mindcircus

為了讓更多人認識這首當年(!!)無論同性戀異性戀都幾乎要視為國歌的曲子，

早期，Jody與Nick合組了Subversion 3，
並以該團名製作屬於他們自己的原創性音樂，
而以Way Out West之名替Sasha等知名製作人著手處理混音remix工作。
由於表現出色，邀請他們炮製remix混音的請求如雪片般紛飛而至，
因此Jody索性以Way Out West為其團名而沿用至今。
Way Out West於九四年時與舞曲大廠Deconstruction簽約而歸納於旗下，
簽約後發行的第一張單曲即為當今的Progressive聲響奠定了基石。
其後的單曲The Gift更是躍登英國舞曲年終榜第十五名，
成功地為該團的領導地位護航。
九七年時Way Out West更是更是乘勝追擊，發表了該團的第一張同名專輯。
專輯甫一發行，便搏得來自舞池與傳媒的一致喝采，
此波佳評更是為該團的舞曲霸主形象增添一抹彩妝。
現在的Way Out West是於發行最新專輯Don't Look Now時，
加上歌手Omid而形成雙製作人與女聲的三人編制。
一反當初Intensify專輯時期，沿用客席女聲的習慣，
Omid的歌唱更讓Don't Look Now一輯形成從頭到尾貫串的完整風格。
