前的的團員, 26歲的Eloy談戀愛... 他覺得應該對自己誠實, 對他的歌迷們坦白
. 於是有以上的表示.
Boyzone's Stephen Gately has announced that he is gay and very much in
love with his Dutch boyfriend.
A statement from the Boyzone press office says: "Stephen recently
discovered that someone was trying to sell his story to the newspapers.
He has made a decision to tell the fans himself."
In an interview with The Sun, Stephen said: "I'm gay and I have had gay
romances, but now - for the first time in my life - I am in a relationship
with someone I love. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do but
I owe it to our fans - as well as to myself - to be completely honest."
Stephen, 23, met his Dutch boyfriend Eloy de Jong, 26 four years ago but
their relationship began in November last year. Eloy is a former member
of a Dutch boyband called Caught In The Act (no sniggering at the back).
