不是喔
Rackham是U of Michgan-Ann Arbor裡的一個機構
包含了130個不同的graduate programs和學位
比如說你要申請school of public health 某個program的master of science
而這個MS是附屬於Rackham底下的program
你申請時就要同時向rackham和school of public health申請
我當初也搞了很久才搞懂
