You're absolutely right, Audiology is more concerned with hearing disorders
while Speech Pathology has more to do with a wide range of communication and
swallowing disorders. And the entry requirements are also different between
the two.
The reason why I included Audiology is because I wasn't sure if the person was
asking about Speech Pathology specifically, or Audiology which has more medical
aspects to it.
It however was my mistake to misuse "語言治療" for Audiology, when it should be
"聽力學" instead.
