這個東西看起來比較像主要是在解決在雙核心CPU下
有些遊戲跑太快的那個問題，而最佳化是附帶的。
舉個例子來說，Simcity 4在某些情況下，路上的行人車子會跑得超快，
然後時間跳得很奇怪，接著音效會爛掉。
這和傳聞的RHT應該不一樣。
