We, on the other hand, because of our early adoption of HyperTransport, have a
very solid socket strategy. The lifecycle of the current socket was well
accepted and actually praised by the industry. We're now introducing AM2,
and of course AM2 will be quad-core compatible. So we have less churn in our
infrastructure, and we're providing more stability. That actually has a very
important effect on enterprise customers. They really like that approach



至少AMD把"不輕易更換平台"這點做的非常確實

以後AM2升級4核心的情況,有可能和939升級雙核的情況相同
