I would suggest buy both of them.. If your VGA card is not stable, I 
would like to suggest you to do the following

(1)  Install AGP driver v1.5 for Windows98 or Windows95 OSR 2.1 or above
     (If your motherboard is using ALi chipset, you may download it for 
     the web)

(2)  BIOS setting
     Disable VGA BIOS cacheable
     Disable VGA memory cache

(3)  update the VGA card BIOS and driver if it is possible. I am using 
Diamond Viper V550 TNT. Diamond have the special version of driver for 
Super7 motherboard and Ali chipset
