應該是說，降書迫使日本必須依照波茲坦宣言所要求日本照做的來做，
如果日本無法答應，那麼Allied Powers應該會保證戰爭狀態持續到日本答應為止。

這是很徹底的讓聯軍作主了。若日本想要不依照波茲坦宣言的內容訂定條約，

除非他打贏這場仗，或是經由其他的途徑說服聯軍更改條文內容。

是的，法理上是如此，因為波茲坦宣言乃為宣言，若要正式落成條款就必須訂定和約。
其實就把降書當成是日本對於聯軍的承諾，說一定會依照波茲坦宣言行事，也會無條件
配合聯軍落實波茲坦宣言的條件。反正就是投降嘛。投降的具體條件當然是要慢慢的
談阿，日本不想要損失過多，而聯軍方面也不能讓日本佔便宜，開個會喝個酒
吃個飯是一定要的啦，雖然可能日本方面真的吃不下吧。
所以和約是另定的，就如第一次世界大戰後的巴黎和會，諸國在巴黎分贓，
就是在和約的條款上做文章。
不知道這樣理解，合不合理？
