標題[問題]尼伯爾客人

We sent our visa application to Delhi Taiwan Embassy.
But they need certain procedure to issue visa.
Now, they need directl letter to Taiwan Embassy in New Delhi
. They need your nationality identification number etc.
Please arrange to send the letter to Delhi Embassy inviting me only.
My wife mrs. could not go to Delhi druing that time.
這位客人要來台北參加taispo ，要辦簽證，
我不懂為什麼要nationality identification number ??
為什麼要我寄信給到delihi 大使館呢??
信件要寫什麼呢??
有沒有人可以幫我解答一下呢????急 ~謝謝

因為台灣在尼泊爾並沒有辦事處，如果尼泊爾人要來台灣，
必須到印度的台灣辦事處申請。
我記得，應該是你的客人先跟台灣駐印度辦事處提出申請，
台灣駐印辦事處會給你客人一個預審號碼，然後你的客人會把這個號碼通知你，
你再弄些相關文件，連同這個號碼送到台灣的一個辦理處去申請，
意思就是說，你是你尼泊爾客人的擔保人。
因為尼泊爾人很難拿台灣簽證，多數是以商務為理由比較能行得通，
我記得是這樣，不過為確保無誤，打電話去出入境管理局問吧。

我建議你打電話問一下外交部..
瞭解你客戶所屬國家是不是屬於特殊國家
像我公司有些客戶,來自巴基斯坦,斯里蘭卡,奈及利亞..
在他們訪台, 要至台灣在其他國家的辦事處申請簽證之前
都需要我到外交部駐高雄辦事處(因為我的公司在台南)
繳交好幾種文件資料,也要事先填好一些表格資料
等一切完成,它們會提供一組號碼
之後你要將此組號碼提供給你的客戶, 讓你客戶申請簽證時,提出此號碼才行
