PROVIDED that seller shall have sent notice to buyer not later than
2 business days after the date of commencement of the causes, or
not later than 2 business days after the 1st day of the delivery period,
whichever occurs later(except that subsequent sellers shall not be
bound by these deadlines, provided they pass along the notice to
their buyer, without delay); and PROVIDED the duration of the
causes. Such certificate shall be final.

賣家需要在案件開始之後寄通知給買家且不得晚於兩個工作天，或在交期開始的
兩個工作天內，無論發生任何延遲 (除了最後賣家不能遵守最後期限，但他們有
提前通知買家，這樣也算無延遲) 並且假設這案件進行的期間。這樣的證書就是
最終的。
