[分享] Prop8被認定違憲!

大家在睡覺時剛出來的消息
舊金山的federal district court今天稍早認定
Prop8違反Equal Protection Clauses、推翻之前supreme court的裁定
簡單說就是截至目前為止，加州的同性伴侶又可以結婚了

引法官Vaughn Walker:

"Proposition 8 cannot survive any level of scrutiny under the Equal
Protection Clause. Excluding same-sex couples from marriage is simply
not rationally related to a legitimate state interest."
