Many times I fought - with a burning desire
These old feelings ran high - and the heart was on fire
Many dreams I dreamt - and sad tears were falling
Many rivers I crossed - still the call keeps me calling
Sometimes I got lost - in emotions hard to fight
Everytime I was found - I was taken straight back to light

A way out of all misery and faith is the key

Promises broken - and the bad taste of bitterness
Make the strongest heart break - put a soul to the wilderness
And in nights I feel restless - all alone on my own
There’s a light that keeps shining - there is a way home
