我找到資料了，自問自答一番：

我查到的不盡全然相同，
有些地方 flowers, roses, leaves 互相代替，
倒數第三行的 warm 有的是 richer，有的是 linger。
還有一首也叫 Danny Boy 但詞不同，不過我當初要找的是這一首。
