這首歌在國外的討論版上看到兩種說法
第一種是剛開始心有徬徨，不知該往何處去，只想要如行屍走肉般的活著。
然後他被你(you，也許是指人也許是指神)救贖，決定要好好生活。
第二種是覺得大家都把Mumford想的太基督教了，這首單純是工作太忙，
所以跟女友聚少離多，夜裡感到徬徨罷了，這樣解釋似乎也蠻有道理的XD
不過一首歌本來就可以因為聽的人心境的不同而有不同的解釋
喜歡的話就自己深入想想 說不定能有另一番解釋呢
