根據Current obstetric & gynecologic Diagnosis and treatment
P.693 Uterine leiomyomas are benign neoplasm composed primarily of smooth
muscle.Leiomyomas are present in 20-25% of reproductive-age eomen,but for an
unknown reason,leiomyomas are 3-9 times more frequent in black than in white
woman.Indeed,by the fifth decade as many as 50% of black woman will have
leiomyomas.

Symptoms are present in only 35-50% of patients with leiomyomas.Thus,most
leiomyoma do not produce symptoms,and even very large ones may remain
undetected,particularly in obsess patient.

Leiomyoma are usually less than 15 cm in size……..
阴以台灣臨床上婦產科所見,在婦產科接過的病人的確以myoma為主,據統計結果每本書
大約都是說育齡婦女有將近25%有myoma,且大多數為無症狀也可再觀察,且盛行率隨著
年紀增長而增加可以到50%...不認為以這樣高的盛行率在實際臨床上A選項的黃體囊腫
可以比myoma必須先r/o掉,建議A D 均給分
